Big Red Engine have been working with Business & Finance on videos for the Spider Awards since 2006 (when they were known as The Golden Spider Awards). Every year we provide up to 7 individual videos for the show, as well as coverage of the full event.
This video was played at the 2013 eircom Spider Awards to announce Paddy Cosgrave as the winner of the Outstanding Contribution to Ireland. It is a portrait of Paddy, and his work with the Web Summit, attracting the tech industry’s biggest names to Dublin. Through interviews with several big players in the tech industry and members of the judging panel we explain why he is receiving this accolade.
