Riverside 1 is an amazing office block in Dublin’s South Docklands. When estate agents Savills Ireland were bringing the building to the market they commissioned us to produce this property video.
The Objective
The objective was to capture the interior of the office building, with its atrium, meeting rooms and facilities. Most importantly we had to feature the fantastic location and the views from the building itself. In the immediate vicinity of Riverside 1 is the river Liffey and Grand Canal, probably the most sought after areas. In addition, the area is now one of the city’s primary cultural quarters with the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre close by. Finally, our video was part of the brochure Savills Ireland presented to potential investors.
The Result
As a result we have since gone on to produce several successful videos for Savills.
